This course for CO State certified EMTs – This class includes 28.5 hours of lecture and practical training as well as an 8-hour inhouse clinical.

**THIS CLASS IS HELD AT 2050 KIDSKARE POINT, EMS Classroom #2 (Room 112). It will be three 9.5 hour days.
YOU MUST BE A COLORADO STATE CERTIFIED EMT TO TAKE THIS COURSE. (different than NREMT) A copy of your State certification must be provided to our office. PLEASE DO NOT register for this class until you have your CO state certification number.
You must also submit the following documentation on the FIRST day of class: proof of receiving the Hepatitis B Vaccine OR a signed Hepatitis B Vaccine Declination Form (form is available in our office), MMR x 2, TB screening within 12 months, varicella vaccine or history of having chicken pox, with year. Current Healthcare Provider CPR also required. Students taking classes between November 1 and March 31 must also show proof of having the flu vaccine for the current flu season. Please bring COPIES of all documentation on the first day.
