This electronic form is intended to provide an avenue for prehospital and hospital staff to make reports regarding Pulsara. These can be concerns, suggestions, and/or praise to improve the functionality of the tool. All reports will be shared with the quarterly Healthcare Communications Committee or sooner if needed.
