and applaud the accomplishments of those deserving health
care providers from across the Plains to Peaks Region.
Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM follwed by the awards
presentations and an evening of entertainment. |

Registration for the Awards Program and Entertaiment
is $20 and can be included on your Conference registration.
Please register early so we can adequately plan for seating
and food. We plan to host this outside once again on
Big Sandy Creek. Steve Berry will be speaking and there
will be music for all to enjoy. This will be a special
event and you are encouraged to put on your best jeans
and come enjoy a fun evening as we recognize these deserving
award winners. |
